Return Policy

Please send an email to to begin your return process.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send the item back to our facility. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Once a return is received, the customer will receive an email notification and we will proceed to refund the purchase. If 30 days have passed since the original purchase and we have not received the product, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. We gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style item, send us an email at and our customer service team will respond to your email as soon as possible.
